"Fluency will definitely do the trick for you! We have
been using it for a little over 1 year. We utilize every aspect of Fluency,
from our end, we manage over 1000 assignments per month and have over 200
interpreters in our database. At this time, only about 20-30 of them are
actually logging in themselves and taking assignments. We are moving more and
more interpreters over to the system every day. The interpreters that we have
using the system absolutely love it because it is so easy to use. At this
point, we are working on getting more of the interpreters on board before we
release it to all of our clients, but we do have 4 clients logging in,
scheduling and managing their own accounts and as soon as they saw it in
action, were shocked at the ease of use and that there was actually something
out there on the market to assist them in managing interpreting assignments. We
use QuickBooks for our accounting system and are reaping the benefits of the
integration that makes our billing process automated. Before we were spending
about 35 hours/month just billing our interpreting department out, now we spend
30 minutes/week and it's done, even with an ever increasing workload. It's
great, and it's also the only option out there for the most efficient way to
manage the scheduling of interpreters.
