Managers/ Administrators are given complete end-to-end scheduling, accounting, auditing, and reporting functions. They are able to access information regarding interpreter location and availability. They have the ability to track all past, current and future appointments. They can credential, revoke, or restrict access to any user in the community, and manage all financial and audit functions 24/7/365.
Interpreters can access the platform with their secure username and password to view, accept, or reject appointments, update profile contact information and availability. They can also enter isolated time off requests, preferred working zip-codes, access their timecard for reporting of type of services provided, lunch time and breaks, and time of completion of appointments.
Requesters of interpreting services can access the platform with their own username/password allowing them to request, edit, or cancel appointments. Thy can opt to receive automatic e-mail notifications when their appointment requests are assigned to an interpreter or declined by the department. High level requesters are able to view billing information, access interpreter activity summary reports, and fill rate by language reports. They are also able to submit interpreter evaluations for quality assurance purposes.
